Requirements to lease a property

  1. At least one year good current rental history that can be verified, that is not a family member.
  2. At least one year of employment history that can be verified.
  3. Rent should not exceed 30% of your gross monthly (combined) income.  We need a copy of at least two(2) pay stubs and verify employment through your company.
