All adults (Anyone 18-years-old or older) must fill out separate applications. Applicants must pay the application fee of $50.00 in cash for each application. Applicants’ can not have ANY evictions or owe money to a landlord or utility company Applicants’ MUST have at least a year of rental history or we will automatically ask for a double deposit.
