Applicants must pay the application fee of $50.00 in cash for each application. (Breakdown of Fee: $35.00 Credit report/background check, $10.00 Staff/Admin Time, & $5.00 Printing costs)
Our policy is 2 people per bedroom.
You must make at least double the rent amount in income.
You must give us proof of income when you turn in your application, either 2 or more recent paystubs, a tax return, or bank statement.
If you have been employed for less than 6 months, you will automatically need a double deposit.
Applicants’ credit reports must be in good or acceptable standing, we do not go off credit scores.
