All adults (Anyone 18-years-old or older) must fill out separate applications. Applicants must pay the application fee of $60.00 in cash for each application. Our policy is 2 people per bedroom. Applicants’ can not have anything charged off to bad debt Applicants’ can not have any collections Medical & Student loans may be overlooked Applicants' can not have any violent charges on their record, can not be a sex offender, and can not have any felonies that are under 5 years old. Applicants’ can not have ANY evictions or owe money to a landlord or utility company Applicants’ MUST have at least a year of rental history or we will automatically ask for a double deposit. Renting from family or friends does not count as rental history, If you have owned or own your home, please write the address of the property and how long you have owned it in the space where you list your current/past landlords.
